I remember Bank of Montreal being concerned that people were calling it "B-Mo", as opposed to B.M.O.

Internally staff were forced to say B.M.O. and most of them failed. It never caught on with consumers, either, who are ultimately the keepers of any brands.

Wouldn't you think that this Chevrolet/Chevy situation has got to be the least of GM's problems?
